Eatonville’s local zookeeper chapter, Rainier AAZK, stops by the Haus to raise money for the Caribou Rain Forest Initiative. A portion of pint sales will be donated to this cause. This event is free and open to all ages!

Local Vendors: Face painting, treats & handmade goods from the PNW.

Interactive Educational Wildlife Booth: games, various wildlife items such as pelts, prints, etc.

Zookeeper Fireside Chats: Learn what it's like for a day in the life of a zookeeper and other topics such as taking care of our beloved bears.

About Rainier AAZK:

Rainier AAZK is made up of zoo keepers, staff members, volunteers, and interns from Northwest Trek Wildlife Park in Eatonville, WA.  All members have a passion for wildlife and conservation.  AAZK provides members an avenue to help animals native to the Pacific Northwest, as well as endangered animals worldwide.  AAZK promotes this avenue through conservation efforts locally, nationally, and internationally.  AAZK also gives animal professionals an opportunity to learn the newest techniques in animal husbandry, training, and networking.
